What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of finance and accounting for a portfolio of digital asset clients - managing everything from daily execution to strategic financial insight.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance delivery with improvement and leadership - ensuring precision in the details while helping shape Regen’s next phase of growth.
- Own the accounting cycle - manage ledgers, journal entries, reconciliations (including wallets and exchanges), and month-end close.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports - deliver financial statements, management reports, and insights under IFRS / US GAAP.
- Design smooth workflows - streamline accounting processes, build automated reporting frameworks, and ensure data integrity across clients.
- Act as a trusted finance partner - provide analysis, commentary, and financial guidance to founders and leadership teams.
Desirable
- Experience leading or mentoring others, with a focus on developing capability and maintaining high standards.
- Hands-on exposure to Web3 finance - whether through use of DeFi protocols, support of token projects, or prior experience with digital asset accounting. However, prior crypto accounting experience is not mandatory.
- A startup or entrepreneurial background - experience building, scaling, or operating in fast-moving environments.
- Technology first mindset and proactive desire to learn new tools and systems.
