Role: Webcast Producer
Location: London (Canary Wharf)
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday with shifts falling between 7am – 7pm
Interview process: 2-stage process (virtual and then in-person)

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Webcast/Podcast Producer who has a passion for media production and be adept at using a range of streaming, audio-visual, and video conferencing technologies.
This role demands an adaptable mindset, a strong technical skill set, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, as you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and professional digital content to support internal communications, client engagement, and thought leadership initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and edit webcasts and podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and video standards
- Manage pre-production, live broadcasts, and post-production processes
- Operate and troubleshoot audio-visual and streaming equipment
- Ensure seamless integration with video conferencing tools such as Microsoft MTR and/or Cisco systems
- Work closely with subject matter experts, executives, and marketing teams to produce compelling, audience-focused content
- Implement best practices for recording, editing, and distributing digital media content
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Maintain documentation, including production schedules, equipment inventories, and troubleshooting guides
- Ability to guide clients through the entire webcast process; request intake, pre-event briefing and consultation, testing, live and/or on-demand event production, streaming, recording, post-event communication and debriefing
- Experience within the corporate environment in webcast, podcast, or live-stream production
