Role: Workday Finance Analyst (P2P)

Our client is a leading financial services business who have recently gone live with Workday Financials. They are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Systems to join their team on a permanent basis to optimise their P2P processes.
This is a key functional role acting as the bridge between Finance systems and business users You will take ownership of Workday Procurement configuration and day-to-day support, ensuring smooth operation across supplier setup, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, approvals, and reporting, as well as ongoing systems improvement.
Essential Requirements
• Proven experience working with Workday Finance, particularly Procurement / P2P
• Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement processes (GL, journals, coding structures, supplier management)
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday in a finance operations or systems environment
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to data accuracy and controls
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong data management skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
