As a member of the Workforce Communications team, the individual will be responsible for contributing to the development of internal communications in the EMEA and APAC Regions.

Job Purpose
As a member of the Workforce Communications team, the individual will be responsible for contributing to the development of internal communications in the EMEA and APAC Regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Editing and Copywriting: writing varied communications materials, such as intranet articles, engaging newsletters and internal campaigns for different targets.
- Supporting the team for internal events and initiatives.
- Helping produce Communications PowerPoint presentations.
- Supporting in the cascading of global campaigns in coordination with the global team.
- Supporting in the development of social media contents related to the Regions activities.
- Degree or studying towards a degree in communications, public relations, media, or related field. Candidates who have studied other subjects may be considered if they can demonstrate relevant experience and enthusiasm.
- Excellent command of English language, both written and oral.
- A flexible and creative approach to problem solving.
- The ability to work in an international team.
- A self-starter with a positive mental attitude, enthusiasm, and high level of organization and discipline.
- Strong team spirit and ability to develop and work within a collaborative and supportive culture.
- Passion and familiarity with Social Media platforms.
- Confidence and interest towards AI and Graphic tools.
