  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for position management, aligned with business goals and regulations, and communicate progress and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead phased rollouts-including pilots, workflow improvements, and HR-Finance system integrations-while managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and promoting discovery-driven product practices.

  • Ensure high-quality, secure, and well-managed data for position management processes.
  • Drive process simplification, automation, and change management, including templates, notification builds, and workflow updates.
  • Provide analytics and reporting to guide decision-making and measure product impact, while championing user experience through feedback-driven iterations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

  • What You Bring

    • 5+ years in product management, HR tech, or related fields.
    • Proven experience leading large-scale product initiatives, preferably in HR/position management.
    • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and data analytics.
    • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud) and process re-engineering.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
    • Ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and workflow adoption.
  • Desirable Qualification: Experience in global, matrixed organizations with deep knowledge of position management, workforce planning, HR data architecture, regulatory compliance, and technology integration and automation projects.
