Location : Aberdeen, Northeast Scotland
- Lead end-to-end Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and optimization for a complex, high-growth organization, translating big data into long-term human capital strategy.
- Architect advanced workforce models, capacity plans, and predictive scenarios using expert-level Excel and data modeling techniques.
- Build sophisticated Power BI dashboards and narratives that transform complex datasets into actionable "executive-ready" insights for senior leadership.
- Preferred experience in public sector, energy, or infrastructure environments to navigate large-scale organizational transformations and labor market shifts.
