We are looking to appoint candidates with successful experience of the following:
- Good workload management skills
- Have an artisitc flare to create attractive and stimulating display boards around the school and in classrooms
- To assist classroom teachers prepare materials and organise resources
- Maintain classroom stock and shared resource areas
- Produce materials for school events
- Photocopying and laminating
- Other clerical duties within a responsible level of the post
Please Note The Essential Requirements For This Post Include
- GCSE Grade C in English and Maths or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Primary educational setting supporting learners in and beyond the classroom
- A high standard of oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to relate well to children, parents and staff
Bevois Town is committed to safeguarding the children at our school. This post is covered by the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (exceptions) order 1975 because it is a post which involves working directly with young people. If shortlisted for interview, you will be required to declare whether you have any criminal convictions (or cautions or bind overs) including those which are "spent".
The successful candidate(s) will also be required to undertake a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, before commencing employment and an overseas check if there is any period of time spent living or working outside of the UK.
