We have an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified JNC youth worker to take on the full-time, term time Youth Worker role at Quarrydale YPC.

Nottinghamshire Youth Service Is Dedicated To Providing Safe Spaces, Trusted Youth Workers, Fun And Engaging Things To Do. Join Us And Help Make This Happen If You Have Experience Of

  • Delivering creative and innovative youth work.
  • Building positive relationships with young people.
  • Developing links with the local community.
  • Managing part-time staff.
  • Delivering 4 evening / weekend sessions a week, plus daytime and after school targeted youth work on issues-based topics, relevant to young people needs and the work of the participation team.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the district and wider service
  • This role will involve travelling to various settings, there will be times when you will need to attend events and projects. The post holder must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to fulfil these roles. Disabled employees who are unable to drive because of their disability will be able to use taxis to carry out their duties.
  • To be considered you must have a Level 6 JNC qualification in Youth Work.
