This is a programme within the Markets Treasury area in MSS. This programme is a PRA committed programme with commitments closing by end of 2026. The main objective of the programme is to migrate books from ALCO to Markets Treasury within the hierarchy Management System (HMS) with an intent to uplift the trading controls of these books.
