Lithuanian speaking Admin Assistant Opportunity at a Criminal Defence Law Firm

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Admin Assistant to join our dynamic criminal law firm in London (NW10) & Watford. This is a full-time position with a start on 1 October 2025, offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of a fast-paced and challenging legal environment.

As the first point of contact for our clients, your role will be critical in creating a welcoming and professional impression. You will also support the smooth running of the office by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Administrative support on casework.

· Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency, both in English and Lithuanian languages.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

· Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

· Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and diary management.

· Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors.

· Assist in the daily opening of new matters and liaise with branches as required.

· Perform ad hoc duties to support the office and legal team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Fluent in written and spoken Lithuanian and English languages.

· Proven experience as a receptionist /Admin Assistant or in a similar role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm is advantageous.

· A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
