Hedyn was born following the merger between Melin Homes and Newport City Homes in April 2025. Hedyn is Welsh for seed. It symbolises growth, new beginnings, and the potential for positive change. By connecting people across five local authority areas in Wales, Hedyn is committed to building communities where everyone can thrive.
