Overview
We are hiring an Account Director to join our Spark Foundry team working on ASDA, one of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape impactful media strategies that influence customer behaviour and drive growth in a highly competitive market. You’ll play a central role in delivering innovative, insight-led campaigns while building strong, collaborative relationships across clients and teams. Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of integrated retail media campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
Own campaign delivery from briefing through to execution, optimisation and post-campaign reporting
Act as a key client partner, building trusted relationships and providing clear, confident guidance
Translate client objectives into inspiring briefs that connect effectively with channel teams
Use data and insight to shape media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
Support and develop team members, creating a collaborative and growth-focused environment
Respond to changing priorities with clarity, ensuring campaigns remain effective and on track
Qualifications
Experience in media planning within an agency environment, ideally with retail exposure
Strong understanding of integrated media channels and how they work together
Confidence managing client relationships and presenting clearly to a range of stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with organisation and attention to detail
Experience contributing to large-scale campaigns and working with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Collaborative approach with a passion for learning, improving and supporting others
