We are looking for an Apprentice IT Support Technician to provide a high level of technical support to all computer users throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- The preparation and configuration of computers to Prodrive standards, ensuring details are recorded on the IT asset register.
- The installation and relocation of computers, printers and other peripherals as required by office moves or personnel changes.
- To specify, research and recommend the purchase of computer equipment.
- Installation and configuration of software (and upgrades) on client and network devices.
- Fault finding and minor repairs to computers and printers, liaison with manufacturers where items are covered by warranty or service contracts.
