Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Developer - Assistant Manager

Looking for AI/ML Developer for India region with in-depth AI/ML model design, data prep, development, back testing, deployment and support experience. The “DMC AI Solutions” team is responsible to explore, prototype and solution the adoption of various AI technologies into the business and technology demand to achieve intelligent automation and analytics at scale. The new DMC AI team works in orchestration with policies and recommendations established by internal Architecture AI team.

Role Description

• Looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer with 6~10 years of Software Development work experience with 3+ years of advance Python programming, libraries and common frameworks and tools & technics.
• Advanced coding and software engineering skills and familiarity with software engineering principles around testing, code reviews and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with On-prem and Cloud based Enterprise Application Development.
• Strong knowledge and implementation experience with AI/ML systems & Tools, Familiarity natural language processing a plus.
• The candidate should have industry experience (preferably in Financial Services) in supporting enterprise applications and exposure to Cloud based AI/ML Ops engineering platforms.
• Design and develop AI/ML components and solutions using Python in On-Prem/Cloud based tools and techniques.
• Manage and use appropriate tools in the cloud, Build and deploy AI/ML Models with CICD experience.
• Responsible for developing/implementing AI/ML models to support current and future business needs.
• Participating in technical design, application build, configuration, unit testing, deployment and production support.
• Experience in Requirement Analysis, Problem diagnosis (Root Cause Analysis) and Problem resolution skills including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to service owners.
• Preparation and maintenance of appropriate technical, compliance/Audit documentations

Experience in advance AI/ML tools and technics

Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.

Education

Bachelor of Engineering (BE - Computer Science) or Bachelor of Science (BSc)- Mathematician/Statistician.

Core/Must Have Skills

• Advance Python programming Skills (Tools and Framework: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, FastAI, LightGBM, Theano, Google ML Kit, MxNet, Caffe)
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement scalable ML solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
