National Highways have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Needs Manager to join our team in the Southeast. Operations southeast manage two, 30-year Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) Contracts, including the M25 DBFO, the largest roads PFI contract in the UK. The Asset Needs Manager will lead a team of technical specialists working with our DBFO service providers to ensure that their delivery and investment plans achieve contract requirements and National Highways objectives. As well as providing oversight of the DBFO plans for all asset classes. they will contribute to developing the NH forward investment planning process for roadside technology and tunnels on the DBFO network. They will work with the Service Providers to support innovation which can add value for National Highways.
This role can be based from our offices in Guildford, Maidstone or Basingstoke.
