Main duties of the job

In this role, you will work autonomously using advanced clinical expertise to deliver highquality, patientcentric care. Youll support the delivery of safe, effective services while playing an important role in strengthening our nursing and HCA teams through leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight. Additionally, you'll contribute to improved clinical outcomes through audit, governance, and service improvement. Essential qualifications include being a registered healthcare professional with a Masterslevel qualification and having independent prescribing credentials. You'll be expected to have significant autonomous practice experience in primary care, strong experience in longterm conditions and womens health, and clinical leadership experience. Excellent communication skills are also required.

• Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, GPhC etc.) with a Masterslevel qualification. Independent Prescriber. Significant autonomous practice experience in primary care or similar. Strong experience in LongTerm Conditions and Womens Health. Clinical leadership experience. Excellent communication skills.
