Spire Claremont Hospital are looking for a BookingsTeam Lead to join the team on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
Spire Claremont Hospital has provided first-class independent healthcare at the heart of the South Yorkshire community since 1953. Our hospital is situated among beautifully landscaped grounds in Crosspool, Sheffield and it is situated 3 miles (about 20 minutes) to the south west of Sheffield city centre.
Claremont Hospital has 42 beds, three laminar flow theatres, 13 consulting rooms, a static MRI and CT scanner, and plain and digital X-ray. The hospital provides surgery and outpatients with diagnostic imaging services.

Job Purpose
To ensure the delivery and administration management of all stages of the booking process including admissions and pre-op assessments across all payors. To ensure the bookings team provide a high standard of customer service to all patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff and visitors. To manage workload effectively and efficiently in line with the demand of the business, adhering to KPI’s, clinical standards and commercial requirements.

Overall Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain an efficient bookings system for all of our patients, dealing with phone queries, managing email communications, using and managing computerised systems (SAP & HMS).
- Plan theatre lists for Consultants.
- To be a leader within a team of multi-skilled administrators who can adapt to the demands of the business and to drive operational performance
