As the Global CTO and Portfolio Leader for ServiceNow at Atos, you will define and drive the strategic vision, innovation agenda, and technology investments for our global ServiceNow portfolio. You will shape the portfolio roadmap—covering modules, industry verticals, and capabilities—while orchestrating collaboration across customers, partners, and internal teams to accelerate growth and market leadership.

- Lead strategic investment decisions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term capability building.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to C-suite executives at the global and regional level for major clients.
- Engage with clients to shape transformation agendas, align technology strategy to business objectives, and ensure solution excellence.
- Advocate for clients within Atos, ensuring our portfolio evolves in line with their changing needs and market conditions.
- Promote reusable solution assets, frameworks, and accelerators across regions.
- Ensure end-to-end solution delivery methods and frameworks align with strategic objectives, operational excellence, and best practices.
- Incubate and scale AI-powered and data-driven enhancements leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities.
- Build and nurture an innovation ecosystem of partners, startups, and technology alliances.
- Represent Atos in key ServiceNow, industry, and technology forums as the face of thought leadership and innovation.
