Description

We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Campaign Manager to join our Commercial team.

This role is offered on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave from July 2026 for 12 months. This is an opportunity to join a high‑performing marketing team delivering significant, measurable growth.

In 2025, LIMA achieved over 320% growth in new business, driven by targeted campaigns, strong sales alignment and a clear focus on high‑impact, tailored events which delivered one third of total margin.

The post holder will build on this momentum, owning campaign delivery and play a key role in driving pipeline, improving conversion and scaling performance through data and automation. This role is suited to someone who is motivated by results, accountability and continuous optimisation, and who wants to see a direct link between their work and revenue growth.

Top priorities

  • Drive pipeline generation through targeted, multi-channel campaigns
  • Scale and optimise event-led growth, building on a proven high-performing channel
  • Improve conversion and efficiency through data, reporting and marketing automation

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and delivery and performance of marketing campaigns with clear accountability for pipeline and ROI
  • Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, content and events, aligned to priority sectors and ICPs
  • Lead the delivery of tailored, high‑value events as a core growth lever, from concept through to pipeline and revenue impact
  • Define and track clear KPIs, ensuring every campaign is outcome-focused
  • Continuously analyse performance, generate insight and optimise campaigns to improve results
  • Develop segmented targeting strategies to increase lead quality and conversion
  • Build and optimise lead nurturing programmes using automation and personalised content
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure strong alignment, fast follow-up and high conversion from MQL to opportunity
  • Manage and maximise vendor marketing funds, aligning activity to revenue-generating campaigns
  • Identify and implement improvements in marketing automation, reporting and campaign processes to drive scalability, working alongside an external HubSpot specialist partner

  • What we’re looking for:

    • Proven experience in B2B campaign management, ideally within the technology sector
    • A strong track record of delivering pipeline growth and measurable ROI
    • Experience using events as a growth channel, with a focus on converting engagement into opportunities
    • Highly data-driven, confident using reporting and insight to optimise performance
    • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to improve processes and efficiency
    • Commercial mindset, focused on outcomes and revenue impact
    • Ability to operate at pace, manage multiple campaigns and prioritise effectively
    • Confident working cross-functionally and influencing Sales, Product and leadership

    What’s in it for you:

    • Join a marketing team recognised for delivering exceptional growth and commercial impact
    • Work closely with an experienced leadership team, including award‑winning Marketing Director Kelly Waring (CRN Women in Channel 2025)
    • Collaborate with a highly capable, ambitious team across campaigns, content and business development
    • Opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact on business growth
