An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to expand our Cardiac Disease Risk Management service at Frimley Park Hospital.
We are seeking the skills of an experienced cardiology nurse who has the ability to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of individuals referred to the service. Knowledge of national and local issues is required.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, with excellent people & time management skills for a part time position.
Previous cardiac rehabilitation experience would be an asset.
Main duties of the job
The role will need to have flexibility within the working hours, with possible evenings & weekends.
You would be involved with the teaching, advising and support of patients and their families following a cardiac event.
You would play an active role in the development and maintenance of the service.
