Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Nurse on part 1 or 12 of the NMC register
Desirable
- Post-qualification experience in Respiratory
- Evidence of mentoring staff /students
Personal and People Development
Essential
- Able to use a systematic step by step approach for patient assessment and ability to anticipate and plan for next stages of care, underpinned by clear rationale
- Demonstrate ability to organise and prioritise own workload and that of junior colleagues
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Demonstrate ability to provide high quality patient care with minimal supervision and present a professional image, which inspires confidence
- Evidence of continuing professional development
