The Clinical Lead role is a part-time position.
The purpose of the Clinical Lead role is to ensure that the LYPFT aspect of the Personality Disorder Network (PDN) services is led by a leadership pair consisting of the Head of Operations and the Clinical Lead (this post). They will be collectively responsible for ensuring the PDN services is providing the very highest standards of clinical care from within a robust and coherent clinical governance system that is fully integrated with the wider Trust clinical governance, continuous improvement and quality assurance systems.
This will require the development of excellent working relationships within the Head of Operations and beyond, and in particular:
A Leadership focus on quality improvement and close engagement with the Trust's approach to continuous improvement
Leadership of and contribution to robust clinical governance, quality assurance and quality planning
Contribution to visionary, ambitious service development in line with the Trust's ambition to provide outstanding clinical services and to move to purpose built modern facilities for inpatient care within the next 5-10 years
Adherence to all service and professional regulatory requirements including quality & equality impact assessment.
Close working across the PDN ensuring a high standard of governance.
