Clinical Team Leader (Social Work/AHP/Nursing)

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust delivers Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, providing early intervention and preventative mental health support in education settings.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader (Band 7) to provide operational and clinical leadership across MHSTs in Melton & Rutland, Hinckley and Loughborough. This senior role sits within a growing, nationally recognised early intervention programme. You will lead large, skill-mixed teams delivering evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs, while shaping service delivery across education and community systems.

This role suits a confident, resilient leader experienced in managing complex multi-disciplinary teams, delivering clinical supervision, meeting KPIs, using data to drive improvement, managing stakeholder relationships and embedding change.
