Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join the leadership team of a growing engineering and consulting company operating across the UK and Ireland. They will report into the UK&I Operations Director. This is a pivotal senior appointment that will shape our commercial strategy, protect margin and drive sustainable revenue growth across a portfolio of complex infrastructure programmes.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in contract management (NEC and other standard forms), cost and commercial reporting and bid strategy development within engineering and consulting environments. You will work alongside technical directors, project managers and client-facing teams to provide commercial leadership from bid stage through to project close-out.
