About The Role

As part of our global Corporate Affairs team, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Coty’s corporate reputation across sustainability and responsible marketing, with secondary support across our corporate social media channels.
The role has a global scope, working with teams around the world and across the three pillars of ESG (environment, social, governance), and collaborating with colleagues in Corporate Affairs, sustainability, and social media. You will support delivery of Coty’s Beauty that Lasts sustainability strategy through internal and external communications, content creation, copywriting, and stakeholder engagement.
While sustainability communications and responsible marketing will be the primary focus, this role is well suited to a generalist Corporate Affairs profile with strong digital instincts — particularly someone who is well informed on sustainability, social-media native, highly attuned to global current affairs, and curious about how societal trends shape Coty and our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development of Coty’s annual sustainability report, including storytelling, communications, and coordination.
- Contribute to Coty’s Responsible Marketing work, including support for policies, toolkits, training materials, and internal guidance.
- Deliver internal and external sustainability and corporate campaigns for key moments such as International Women’s Day, Earth Day, and other global milestones, in line with the wider Corporate Affairs calendar.
