We are seeking a Compliments and Complaints Coordinator who can provide a professional, empathetic and understanding service to key customers within our homes and ready to take the lead in shaping the future of care? The role: The Compliments and Complaints Coordinator are responsible for facilitating a complaint through the complaints process, by liaising with the complainant and the complaint investigator.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Empathy skills

  • Adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Building great relationships
  • Handling large volumes of calls and emails
  • Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to suit the audience
