Corporate Associate

The team

Our highly regarded corporate team is recognised for both domestic and cross-border transactions. We act for well-known corporate entities and financial sponsors and receive regular mandates from management teams.

Our business is of a scale and quality which can handle large matters whilst still retaining a personal touch and the flexibility to assist on daily business. We guide tech start-ups through their financing rounds to acting for household name clients and major corporates.

The team is ranked Band 1 in Chambers 2026 (Corporate M&A: £10-100 million, London), we are recognised as "excellent at the legal aspects, but also strong in areas that need a pragmatic approach" (Chambers 2026).

We are well known for our trusted relationships and specialist sector expertise including technology, media, retail, and consumer, insurance and financial services. Band 1 ranked in Retail and Consumer, we are a go to for some of the largest and best-known brands across the Retail and Consumer sector, including fashion and high-end luxury brands, FMCG businesses, beauty and cosmetics and leading food and drink businesses.

The role

We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate with c. 4-6 years of post-qualified experience.

You will have opportunity to be involved in a mix of work across our sectors, with particular focus on Private M&A.

You will be encouraged and supported to help drive the business and will have opportunity for a high level of client involvement and take an active role in business development.

Knowledge, skills and experience

• 4-6 years of PQE, with a strong grounding in corporate law and in particular M&A transactional experience.
