Flexible Working
- We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.
This position is a key part of our Curriculum Management Team, providing pivotal support for the delivery and stewardship of curriculum records throughout the academic cycle. As Curriculum Records Coordinator, your main focus will be maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our curriculum data, ensuring information is consistently updated and effectively managed across our systems. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Education Group, facilitating seamless processes and contributing to the ongoing planning and delivery of annual curriculum activities.
Initially, through the rest of 2025-26, you will work as part of the project team to deliver a large-scale collection, cleansing, and transformation of all curriculum data, ready to migrate this into our new Curriculum Management System supplied by Akari, ensuring a single source of truth from the start. Thereafter, your role will broaden to the full range of responsibilities set out below as we establish our steady-state services and processes.
Central to your role will be proactive outreach and collaboration with academic departments across the University. You will take the lead in helping colleagues become familiar with new systems, processes, and ways of working, offering guidance, training, and practical support to ensure smooth transitions and a shared understanding of best practice. Your responsibilities will also include supporting system enhancements, resolving data queries, and serving as a reliable point of contact for staff regarding curriculum records.
You will play an integral part in process improvements, such as assisting with student module selection workflows and supporting academic departments in verifying records. By championing high-quality practices and building positive relationships across our community, your work will underpin excellent educational experiences and ensure our curriculum data supports the University’s high standards.
