An established, fast-paced FMCG organisation is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a high-performing operations support function. This is a confidential hire due to ongoing organisational development.
The Role
Reporting into the Ops Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and evolving a Customer Services function that plays a critical role in enabling business performance and service excellence. You’ll lead a team that supports high-value internal stakeholders, manages service desk operations, and drives continuous improvement across processes, KPIs, and customer experience.
