Job description
Undertake a wide variety of roles encompassing patient appointments and be responsible for providing support to the Diagnostic Imaging Administration team, within Organisation and Departmental guidelines.
To implement administrative processes and systems that ensures transparency and consistency.

- Physically able to carry duties required as per the job description

- Prolonged use of VDU requiring concentration at all times.
- Operating telephone and headset

- Strong communication skills including the ability to relate and communicate with patients and staff at all levels and from different professions. Able to adapt communication style as necessary. A confident and competent formal and informal communicator
Qualifications and role specific knowledge
Essential
- Must be literate and numerate to GCSE level
- NVQ 3 or equivalent
- IT Literate
- Knowledge of general office procedures
Desirable
- Experience of Hospital administrative systems including PAS, PACS, Radiology CRIS system
