About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Partner Markets & Key Accounts to shape and lead our global distributor‑led markets, enterprise customer relationships, and global rights licensing and Professional Development (PD) activity.
This is a senior leadership role with significant global reach, accountable for delivering sustainable revenue growth, strengthening long‑term partnerships, and advancing our ELT strategic priorities. Operating across more than 60 partner markets and selected institutional segments, the role plays a critical part in extending access, building capability, and creating enduring commercial value aligned to our wider organisational mission.
You will set the strategic direction for partner markets and key accounts, translating enterprise objectives into clear market approaches, operating models, and performance expectations. You will lead global teams and work closely with regional and functional leadership to ensure consistent standards, strong commercial governance, and disciplined forecasting and decision‑making.
You will provide senior oversight of complex, high‑value partnerships and customer agreements, enabling teams to navigate regulatory, operational, and commercial complexity with confidence and clarity. Alongside this, you will ensure our Professional Development and licensing activity is market‑relevant, scalable, and commercially sustainable, delivering measurable value for customers and the organisation.
Effectiveness in the role will be reflected in delivery against agreed revenue and margin objectives, improvement in distributor capability and market contribution, and steady growth in the scale and quality of key account agreements. Positive customer outcomes from PD services, constructive cross‑functional relationships, and well‑supported teams with clear development and engagement measures will also be important indicators of success.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
