Description
Our core dispute resolution team covers litigation, domestic and international arbitration, adjudication and mediation, insurance policyholder, group actions, civil fraud, banking and finance, corporate law, trusts, family law, intellectual property, professional negligence, contentious insolvency, contentious real estate and regulatory investigations among other matters.
You will assist with managing complex cross-border commercial and investment treaty arbitrations and UK High Court litigation across a variety of sectors including within energy, infrastructure, telecommunications and construction. Within this role there is a strong focus on African-related matters involving African sovereign states, sovereign wealth funds, state-owned entities and government-related bodies.
