Leadership Scale L8 – L12 currently £71,327 - £77,691

The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader with the vision and determination to continue to keep Downderry an outstanding school. We have a strong team and want you to join us. National Professional Qualification for SENCOs (NPQSENCO) is required.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership team you will lead and develop high quality inclusive practice across the school, ensuring that all pupils – particularly those with additional needs – are fully supported to achieve their potential. You will provide strategic direction to embed quality first teaching for SEND learners across the curriculum.
