We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Emergency Nurse to join our senior leadership team as a Matron, working in close partnership with our existing Matron to provide visible, compassionate and effective leadership across the Emergency Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in Urgent and Emergency Care to influence service delivery, drive quality improvement and support the large nursing workforce. Working collaboratively you will share responsibility for operational performance, staff wellbeing and strategic initiatives by ensuring the delivery of responsive, patient-centred care within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
