Experienced Recruitment Consultant | Engineering & Renewable Energy | Consultative Role | Global Markets
We are expanding our consulting division at Amoria Bond and are looking to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants with at least 12 months’ experience who want to move into a more consultative, solution-led role.
This position sits within our Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams, working across UK, European and US markets.
It is suited to recruiters who want to move beyond transactional recruitment and take on a more strategic, advisory role with clients.
The role
This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position with a strong focus on consultative delivery and long-term client partnership.
You will be responsible for:
- Building and developing long-term client relationships based on trust and commercial insight
- Acting as a consultative partner to clients, understanding workforce needs and project requirements
- Designing and delivering tailored talent solutions across engineering and renewable energy sectors
- Headhunting and engaging specialist candidates for technical and niche roles
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to successful placement
- Developing your own market strategy and owning your desk
- Working across international markets including UK, Europe and the US
About you

- Have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience
- Are confident in client-facing and business development environments
- Take a consultative approach rather than purely transactional delivery
- Are commercially aware and able to engage senior stakeholders
