Experienced Recruitment Consultant | Engineering & Energy | £200k+ Potential
We are hiring experienced recruiters.
If you have 12+ months recruitment experience and are looking for a role where you can increase earnings, accelerate progression, and build an international desk, this could be a strong next step.
Amoria Bond is expanding its Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams across UK, European, and US markets.
What you will be doing
This is a 360 recruitment role with full ownership of your desk:
- Winning new business and developing your client portfolio
- Headhunting and placing specialist candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish
- Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
- Developing your personal brand and using LinkedIn for market engagement
- Working international markets including UK, Europe, and the US
- Attending client meetings, including international travel opportunities

What we are looking for
