Here at Vivobarefoot, we’re recruiting a Head of Growth to help shape the next phase of our digital growth. This is a newly created role with real scope, a chance to define how paid media shows up for the brand and build a modern acquisition engine across paid social, search and affiliates.
You’ll drive new customer growth in a way that’s thoughtful and commercially grounded, using insight, strong measurement and a clear view of incrementality to guide decisions. It’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact not just scaling channels, but shaping how growth works at Vivobarefoot.
WHERE YOU’LL PLAY
As our Head of Growth, you’ll shape how paid media supports sustainable growth for Vivobarefoot. You’ll be clear on the role paid plays alongside brand, community and organic bringing new people into the brand while building long‑term value. You’ll own significant budgets and make calls on where to invest, working closely with ecommerce and commercial finance to align on contribution and profitability.
You’ll set the direction for our paid channels across social, search and affiliates focusing on what genuinely drives growth rather than chasing platform metrics. That means strong fundamentals, smart testing, and a clear view on measurement and incrementality to guide better decisions.
You’ll connect the dots between creative, storytelling and onsite experience, helping turn paid media into a joined‑up, effective growth engine.
All About You
- Proven experience leading performance marketing in a DTC or ecommerce business, with responsibility for meaningful revenue contribution
- Demonstrated ownership of significant paid media budgets {£1m+ p/month] across paid social and search, with a track record of driving efficient, scalable growth
