HR Advisor - Change Project

You will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the business by providing expert advice on restructuring, redundancy, and organisational change risks, while ensuring all activities are delivered with sensitivity and in line with legal requirements. What you'll do:
* Lead end-to-end collective consultation processes, including strategy, timelines, employee engagement materials, and delivery execution
* Provide expert, real-time ER advice to senior leaders on restructuring, redundancy, redeployment, and organisational change risks
* Drive execution of transformation changes, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and in line with legal and governance requirements
* Manage complex and sensitive ER cases arising from change programmes, including redundancy selection, appeals, and dispute resolution
* Develop consultation documentation and communications (e.g. business cases, employee packs, scripts, FAQs)
* Partner with Legal and external counsel where required on high-risk or complex matters
* Coach and support business leaders to confidently lead consultation conversations and manage employee engagement
What you bring:
* Deep expertise in UK Employee Relations law, particularly
Collective consultation
Redundancy processes
Organisational restructuring
* Proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation programmes, operating at pace with high levels of ambiguity
* Strong project execution capability, including planning, governance, and milestone tracking for ER-driven change
* Commercially pragmatic approach, balancing legal compliance with business delivery needs
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders and executives
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create clear, sensitive, and legally robust messaging
