INSIGHTS AND ANALYTICS MANAGER, UKI

Wimbledon

Hybrid working (50% in office, 50% at home) | Full-time

As Insights and Analytics Manager, UKI, you will play a pivotal role within Coty’s Commercial, Strategy and Insights (CSI) team, shaping brand and category strategies through deep understanding of consumers, shoppers, and the UK beauty market. Covering both Mass and Prestige portfolios, you will translate complex data into compelling insights that drive strategic decisionmaking across the business.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Insights and Analytics Manager, you will own end to end insight delivery, acting as the voice of the UK beauty consumer across Coty. You will work closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, the wider CSI team, and Global CMI partners to embed insight into commercial strategies, innovation, and gotomarket plans.

You will be reporting to the Head of Consumer Insights, and you will manage:

Strategic leadership & influence

  • Champion the voice of the UK beauty consumer and shopper across all business levels
  • Lead the integration of consumer, market, and shopper insights into strategic planning and execution
  • Translate complex data into powerful, insightled narratives that influence decisionmaking
  • Support category range insights to drive commercial decisions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and drive consumercentric growth

End to end insight ownership

  • Leverage primary and secondary research (both qual and quant) to generate insights that complement data driven decisions and support strategic business questions
  • Independently manage complex insight projects from scoping through to execution and activation
  • Proactively identify insight opportunities to support innovation, renovation, and gotomarket strategies
  • Own core business reporting and analytics frameworks, including Nielsen, Kantar, and Boots Ad Card data

  • Agency & data management

    • Lead agency relationships, ensuring bestinclass research delivery aligned to business needs
    • Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting consistency
    • Identify opportunities to enhance data accessibility, automation, and storytelling

    Crossfunctional collaboration

    • Act as a trusted insight partner to Brand Marketing, Sales, and crossfunctional teams
    • Localise and embed global insights into UKspecific strategies and launches
    • Support the Head of Insights in shaping the UK&I insight agenda and best practices

    Capability building & thought leadership

    • Upskill business partners to elevate insight capability across the organisation
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging methodologies, and changing consumer behaviours
    • Drive continuous improvement in insight tools, frameworks, and storytelling approaches

    YOU ARE A COTY FIT

    As an Insights and Analytics Manager, you combine strategic thinking with strong analytical capability and storytelling skills. You are confident influencing stakeholders and passionate about understanding the UK beauty consumer.

    • Proven experience delivering high-impact insights in a fastpaced, data-rich environment
    • Experience working on strategic research projects end to end including questionnaire design
    • Strong expertise in market and shopper data (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar, Boots Ad Card, Dunnhumby)
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect insights across multiple data sources
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills, confident presenting to senior stakeholders
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy and accountability
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutionfocused working style
  • Passion for the beauty category and understanding of UK&I market dynamics
