Purpose

We need you to work in the administrative team working alongside our operational teams to support the delivery of the IPS programme in Hull & East Riding. To stand-out you need to champion and embrace change, balance the empathy of a charitable heart with a commercial edge, and be willing to learn and collaborate with others. Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that we offer the very best support to its participants and that we successfully implement each element of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS). The aim of the service overall is to contribute to the Shaw Trust vision of a society in which everyone has the opportunity for employment, inclusion, and independence.

You will be the main point of contact for Participant enquires, r eceive and process all referrals to the contract and col lect, collate, and disseminate management information for use in the delivery of the Contract.

You will be an integral part of the operations team and provide support to them on days, events and attend regular team meetings.

Essential

You will have:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams (E)
  • Customer service or administration experience (E)
  • Relevant experience in an administrative function (E)
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets (E)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively (E)
  • Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service skills (E)
  • Understanding of data protection and information security (E)

    Location:

    This is a home based role but will require regular travel to team meetings.
