We are looking for an experienced registered nurse with strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm in caring for surgical patients in the Surgical Assessment Unit.
This role provides an opportunity to develop your clinical knowledge, leadership and management skills while being supported by a senior and experienced team and a dedicated professional development sister.
As Junior Sister/Charge Nurse you will provide expert care and manage flow across the inpatient surgical ward and the Same Day Emergency Care unit.
Surgical Assessment unit cares for patients under General Surgery, ear nose and throat (ENT), Urology, Maxillofacial and orthopaedic specialties in a fast paced setting.
We have a quick turnaround of patients and pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, patient-centred care.

As the nurse in charge, you will play a pivotal role in the daily delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
