Description
Following internal promotions, an exciting opportunity has arisen for 2x full time receptionist / data inputters to join our team. These are both permanent posts and both based at Macrobin Centre, Royal Cornhill Hospital but on occasion will provide cover for other Mental Health Locations such as Timmermarket Clinic and our Adult Mental Health Clinic.

Candidates should possess English to National 5/ Standard Grade/ O’Grade level or equivalent along with strong keyboards skills for regular use of computer systems including data input.

Previous reception experience with good typing skills together with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential along with data entry experience. The posts would suit enthusiastic, motivated individuals who enjoy the challenge of a busy department.

Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday with a shorter day/s to be agreed
