What You'll Be Doing
- Leading digital engineering across the project — from pre‑construction through to handover.
- Supporting and uplifting colleagues through training, coaching and day‑to‑day guidance.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy collaborating with others, solving problems creatively and helping people grow their digital confidence.
Essential
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with and supporting different disciplines.
- Comfortable training and guiding others on their digital journey.
- Understanding of design, manufacturing and construction processes.
- Degree‑qualified or with equivalent experience.
- As a benchmark around 5 years' experience in construction and BIM/3D digital technologies.
- Skilled with Autodesk Revit, ACC Suite, Navisworks and familiar with ISO 19650.
- Experience with coding (Dynamo, Python, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Solibri, Trimble Connect, Lumion, Twinmotion, Power BI or Bentley tools.
- Experience leading or mentoring others.
- Recognised BIM qualification or certification.
- IFC model management
- COBie
- Viewpoint for Projects (CDE)
