In this role, you'll work closely with the Project Digital Lead and become a trusted partner to our wider team. • Building strong, positive relationships with consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Helping design teams and subcontractors deliver accurate, high‑quality 3D modelling.
  • Driving digital innovation and championing better, more efficient ways of working.
  • Ensuring good governance, quality assurance and clear reporting.
  • Looking for opportunities to enhance digital delivery and contribute to long‑term project success.

    • Clear communicator who enjoys working with and supporting different disciplines.
    • Comfortable training and guiding others on their digital journey.
    • Understanding of design, manufacturing and construction processes.
    • Degree‑qualified or with equivalent experience.
    • As a benchmark around 5 years' experience in construction and BIM/3D digital technologies.
    • Skilled with Autodesk Revit, ACC Suite, Navisworks and familiar with ISO 19650.
  • Confident with 3D modelling, data management and producing accurate outputs.
  • Happy working site‑based and able to make informed decisions independently.

  • Desirable

    • Experience with coding (Dynamo, Python, Power Automate).
    • Familiarity with Solibri, Trimble Connect, Lumion, Twinmotion, Power BI or Bentley tools.
    • Experience leading or mentoring others.
    • Recognised BIM qualification or certification.

    Additional Digital Knowledge

    • IFC model management
    • COBie
    • Viewpoint for Projects (CDE)

This role is based in Weybridge, with some initial time in Dartford before the project goes live. From early design stages through to completion, you'll play a key part in helping us deliver a digitally‑enabled project we can all be proud of.
