The Lead Auditor will be based in the Ambulance Clinical Coordination Centre and will provide first line supervision to the audit team under the management of the Clinical Support Officer/Clinical Support Desk.
To ensure the consistent audit and quality assurance within the ambulance Clinical Coordination Centre for non-clinical call handling staff.
To provide supervision to the quality assurance team under the leadership of the Clinical Support Officer.
To provide reports and assurance around all aspects of call handler safety and quality in the CCC.
