We are recruiting for a Lead Health Advisor Auditorwho wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. The Lead Auditor will be based in the Ambulance Clinical Coordination Centre and will provide first line supervision to the audit team under the management of the Clinical Support Officer/Clinical Support Desk.
Job description
To ensure the consistent audit and quality assurance within the ambulance Clinical Coordination Centre for non-clinical call handling staff.
To provide supervision to the quality assurance team under the leadership of the Clinical Support Officer.
To provide reports and assurance around all aspects of call handler safety and quality in the CCC.

Qualifications and role specific knowledge
Essential
- NHS Pathways Call Handling Accreditation
- Relevant knowledge and experience of managing and leading staff
- Significant relevant knowledge of NHS Pathways audit or level 6 qualification (vocational or degree) in relevant discipline.
- Accredited Audit Qualification
- Knowledge of clinical decision support software (NHS Pathways)
- Evidence of CPD
Desirable
- NHS Pathways Coaches Module
- Knowledge of Contact Centre Structures
- Knowledge of organisational policies and procedures
