Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Brands: GP Online, GP Business, MIMS, MIMS Pharma, MIMS Learning

Join the heart of healthcare publishing. As a Marketing Executive, you will support some of the UK’s most influential medical brands. From the clinical authority of MIMS to the industry-leading insights of GP Online, your work will directly impact how healthcare professionals stay informed and educated.
This is a fast-paced role within a subscription-led model, perfect for a marketer who thrives on variety, data-driven results, and the opportunity to work in one of the UK’s most critical sectors.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
You will work side-by-side with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute high-impact campaigns that drive revenue and brand engagement.
Campaign Execution: Plan and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, and events) to drive new subscriptions and retain existing members.
Revenue Growth: Support the delivery of commercial objectives through lead generation for the sales team and direct-to-consumer conversion tactics.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with editorial teams to promote high-value content, clinical tools, and learning modules to our healthcare and non-healthcare audiences
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs, using data to optimise performance and report back on ROI to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications across the portfolio (GP Online, MIMS Learning, etc.) maintain a high standard of professional accuracy and brand consistency.
Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Editorial, and Product teams.

Experience & Skills:
Marketing Foundation: Previous experience in a marketing role is ideal
Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email marketing and social media platforms
Copywriting: A knack for writing clear, persuasive copy.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with spreadsheets and marketing data to spot trends and improvements.
Adaptability: The ability to pivot between different brands and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
