What to expect

A new Marketing Planning & Operations Lead role has been created in the new Marketing & Digital structure. This role will be a lynchpin for operational excellence across the entire marketing function – ensuring that the function is well managed and efficient. This role will own the centralised marketing plan and centralised budget management process. They will lead on critical x-marketing operational initiatives e.g. improving reporting capabilities. Finally, they will be key to managing the capability improvement plan on behalf of the Marketing & Digital Director.

What you’ll need to succeed


Experience

  • Excellent experience in marketing operations or marketing related project management roles.
  • Good understanding of marketing disciplines and techniques.
  • Experience designing and managing complex programmes of work.
  • Experience with workflow tools e.g. JIRA.
  • Experience with work planning tools e.g. Asana, Monday.
  • Exposure to or experience in budget management.
  • Experience with process or operating model engineering.
