We're looking for a Member Acquisition Manager to join our team in Northern Europe on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of €55,000-€75,000. This role is to accelerate ICAEW's expansion, influence, and impact in the region by developing and executing innovative strategies, forging high-value partnerships, and driving member engagement. Reporting directly to the Director of Europe, this role will be pivotal role in positioning ICAEW as the professional body of choice for current and aspiring accountants, businesses, educational institutions, and regulatory agencies throughout Europe.

What you will be doing;

• Implement and monitor a comprehensive business development plan aimed at driving membership growth and ICAEW's market share in Europe.
• Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, training providers, corporates, accounting firms, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead initiatives to attract, support, and retain ICAEW members and ACA students in Europe, ensuring their professional journey is enriching and value-driven.

What you will need;

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field or previous relevant experience.
• Demonstrable background in business development, sales, partnership management, or a related growth-oriented role, preferably within the professional services or education sector in Europe.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue and membership growth in a competitive market.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and close strategic partnerships or commercial agreements.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and at least one other European languages (written and spoken).
