Multilingual Customer Service Temps (English + French or Portuguese)
World Cup Project | Temporary Contract | London
Evening Shift 4PM until 12AM

Want to be part of one of the biggest sporting events in the world?

We're recruiting multilingual Customer Service Temps to support a major client during the World Cup, helping fans and guests with ticketing and event-related queries.

If you're fluent in English plus French or Portuguese, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy helping people solve problems, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting customers with ticketing and guest management queries
  • Assisting fans and stakeholders via email, phone and digital channels
  • Resolving booking, access and event-related questions
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience during a high-profile global sporting event
  • Escalating complex cases where needed

We're looking for

  • Fluent English plus Spanish, French or Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, hospitality, events or ticketing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Confident using customer systems and managing multiple queries
