As our National Legionella Risk Assessment Manager, you will oversee and manage our national assessment team, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of ACOP L8, HSG274, HTM04-01, and BS8580 compliance.
Provide technical guidance, mentor assessors, and oversee the onboarding and performance management of your team.
Conduct technical audits, monitor KPIs, and develop best practices to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Serve as the senior point of contact for complex technical reviews, attend client meetings, and assist in securing new business opportunities.
Work closely with our Operations, Sales, and Compliance departments to support company objectives and prepare for external accreditations.
We are seeking a proactive leader proven experience supervising or managing a team
This role involves national travel therefore a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
£40,000-45,000 + company car with fuel card or car allowance
