Role Overview
The Nightshift Cook is responsible for preparing high‑quality meals during night operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strict food safety and cleaning standards. This role supports both Breakfast/Main Meal production and overall kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Breakfast & Main Meal Preparation — Prepare, cook, and present breakfast items and main meals to a consistent standard, following recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary requirements.
Serving Customers — Provide friendly, efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience and responding to requests professionally.
Following Cleaning Schedules — Complete all scheduled cleaning tasks, including equipment, surfaces, storage areas, and utensils, maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
Completion of All Due Diligence — Accurately complete all required documentation such as temperature checks, cleaning logs, allergen controls, and food safety records in line with company and legal standards.
